- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I find it annoying having to wait in a very short line to pick up my prescription inside Kroger. My wait time the most recent visit was 15 minutes with two registers open, tending to one customer at each. No one else but me, was next in line. I noticed the pharmacy technician was just chit chatting it up and laughing with a customer after the transaction was long ago complete. I understand that I'm not always going to be able to "get in and get out" picking up my scripts but it's getting ridiculous. No sense of urgency. Disappointing.
